Return and Refund Policy
This return and refund policy (“Return and Refund Policy”) governs services (“Services”) and products (“products” or “medication”) sold through online interfaces and properties (e.g., websites and mobile applications) owned and controlled by Thirty Madison, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates d/b/a Keeps, Cove, Facet, Nurx (together, "Thirty Madison", "we", "us", or "our"), including, but not limited to, any websites owned or controlled by the Company.
Returns
For medication or other products delivered to our patients, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to consumer safety regulations.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, and we'll coordinate with you how to exchange your order. Delivery time for exchanged products may vary by location.

Refunds for Consultations
By entering your payment information and submitting your request, you authorize us, our affiliates, or our third-party payment processors to charge the amount due in accordance with the Agreement for Payment of Services. If you receive a medical consultation, medical consult fees (e.g., ongoing care fees) are not subject to or eligible for a refund.
Changes to this policy
Thirty Madison may modify or update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices, so this page should be reviewed periodically. Any material changes to the policy will be reflected as of the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
